xCreative™ is a Melbourne branding agency based in Chadstone. Since 2016 we have created brands, logos and visual identity systems for more than 200 businesses across Australia, including BEKL, Wolf Group and Rōnin Omakase. We work in both English and Chinese. Our sector work runs deep, from automotive branding to childcare centre branding.

Positioning, audience and brand architecture worked out before any design begins, so every decision downstream has a reason behind it. Binary Group got a 9-grid identity because the strategy said modular and structural, and the logo simply obeyed.

How long does a branding project take?
A focused identity takes three to five weeks. Naming adds a week or two for trademark checks. A full system with collateral and website usually runs eight to twelve weeks end to end.

Can you refresh our existing brand instead of starting over?
Yes, and it is often the smarter move. We keep the equity you have built, usually the name and one recognisable element, and rebuild everything around it. APAA kept its tangram and gained a new gradient, a new website and four animated marks.

What do we actually receive at the end?
Logo files in every format you will ever be asked for, colour and type specifications, brand guidelines, and the working files. You own all of it. No hostage situations.
