SEO AGENCY MELBOURNE
xCreative™ is a Melbourne SEO, GEO and AI search agency based in Chadstone. We help businesses rank on Google and get found and cited by AI engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, in both English and Chinese.
This website is our own working example. The structured data, the bilingual metadata, the llms.txt file and the landing pages you are reading are the service, applied to ourselves first. Check any of it. That transparency is deliberate, because search is an industry with too many sealed black boxes.
SEO & GEO
Search visibility for Google and for the AI engines people now ask instead.
01
Technical SEO
Clean architecture, canonical URLs, fast loading, sitemaps and correct indexing. Unglamorous, decisive, and where most sites we audit are quietly bleeding. An audit of our own site found 63 case study pages hidden from Google by a leftover noindex tag, which is why indexing is the first thing we check on every site.
02
On-Page & Content
Keyword-targeted pages written from your real business facts, not filler. Google’s spam policies punish mass-produced padding, so we write pages from facts you can check, each reviewed by you before it publishes. The landing pages on this site show the standard.
03
Structured Data
Schema markup that tells machines exactly who you are: organisation, services, location, FAQs, case studies. It is how you appear as a rich result on Google and as a citable source to AI engines, and almost none of your competitors have it done properly.
04
GEO & AI Search
Optimisation for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity: llms.txt, citable content structure and entity consistency. When someone asks an AI to recommend a business like yours, this work improves your chances of being in the answer.
05
Bilingual SEO
English and Chinese search are different worlds with different queries. We run both from one desk: bilingual metadata, Chinese structured data and content that ranks for 墨尔本 searches your competitors cannot even read.
06
Reporting & Monitoring
Monthly reports from Google Search Console showing real positions and clicks, plus AI visibility checks: we ask the engines the questions your customers ask and record whether you appear. No vanity metrics, no unexplained dashboards.
How we work
Four steps, one team, no handovers.
01
Audit
Full technical and content audit, in plain language. You learn exactly what is broken, what is missing and what it is worth before spending a dollar on fixes.
02
Foundation
Technical fixes, metadata, structured data and llms.txt. Most sites see measurable movement from this stage alone.
03
Pages & Content
Keyword landing pages and content built from your real work, like the industry pages on this site, reviewed by you before publishing.
04
Monitor & Iterate
Monthly data review, ranking report, AI visibility check and the next round of improvements. Search is a habit, not a project.
Why xCreative
Why us, honestly.
No one can guarantee a Google ranking, and anyone who promises page one is telling you what you want to hear. What we guarantee is the work: every controllable factor done properly, shown transparently, measured monthly. Our own site carries every technique we sell, which is a claim you can verify in thirty seconds with a right-click.
And we cover ground most SEO agencies cannot: Chinese-language search, AI engine visibility, and the design skills to make the pages we create actually look like your brand, because we are also a branding and web studio. The page you are reading is the demo.
FAQ
Questions clients ask us.
01
How long until we see results?
Technical fixes show movement in weeks. Competitive keywords take months, and anyone quoting days is selling something else. We show you the trend line monthly so you never wonder.
02
Is AI-written content safe with Google?
Google’s published policy targets mass-produced unhelpful content, not the tool that wrote it. Pages written from real facts and reviewed by a person before they publish are the model the policy rewards. The spam penalty stories you hear are sites that generated thousands of empty pages.
03
What exactly is GEO?
Generative Engine Optimisation: making your business findable and citable by AI engines. It overlaps with SEO but adds llms.txt, citable content structure and entity work. Very few Australian agencies offer it yet, which is precisely the window.
04
Do you lock us into contracts?
Foundation work is a one-off project. Ongoing optimisation is monthly and earns its keep or you stop. The report tells you plainly whether it is working, which is the only retention strategy we respect.
05
How do I choose the best SEO agency in Melbourne?
Ask what they will change on your site in the first month, how they report and whether they measure enquiries rather than rankings alone. Be wary of anyone who guarantees a number one position; Google says no one can. Our article on questions to ask an SEO company lists the rest. Deciding between an agency and a consultant?
