AI SEO AGENCY AUSTRALIA
xCreative™ optimises businesses for the search that happens inside AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity. The industry calls it GEO, generative engine optimisation, and this page is what it looks like done properly, because every technique described here is running on this site right now.
Your customers have started asking AI instead of Googling: which agency, which builder, which restaurant. The engines answer from what they can read and verify. GEO is the discipline of being readable, verifiable and worth citing, and in Australia almost nobody is doing it yet.
GEO
Getting found, cited and recommended by AI engines.
01
llms.txt
A structured file that tells AI crawlers who you are, what you do and where your proof lives. Ours lists every service and all 63 case studies in two languages, and you can read it at xcreative.com.au/llms.txt right now. Most Australian websites, including your competitors, return a 404 there. If someone suggests blocking AI bots instead, read whether you should block AI crawlers first: training bots and search bots need different answers.
02
Structured Data for AI
Schema is how engines read your business as facts rather than prose: organisation, services, location, FAQs, case studies. Every portfolio page on this site carries machine-readable descriptions in English and Chinese, which is exactly the depth we build for clients.
03
Citable Content
AI engines quote concrete, verifiable statements and skip marketing fog. We write pages around facts: years, counts, project names, real processes, the style you are reading now. It ranks with Google, and it gets quoted by machines that refuse to quote fluff.
04
Entity Consistency
Your name, address, services and story matching everywhere the engines look: your site, your profiles, directories and schema. Contradictions read as unreliability, and AI engines are pickier about it than Google ever was.
05
Bilingual GEO
Chinese-speaking users ask AI in Chinese, and engines answer from Chinese-readable sources. Our bilingual layer makes you citable in both languages, a lane where being early means being alone.
06
AI Visibility Testing
We measure the thing itself: a fixed panel of questions your customers would ask, put to the major engines monthly, recording whether you appear, how you are described and who appears instead. That report is how GEO stops being faith and starts being data.
How we work
Four steps, one team, no handovers.
01
AI Audit
What the engines currently say about you, what they can read on your site, and where the gaps are. Usually sobering, always useful.
02
Machine Layer
llms.txt, schema and entity cleanup, the plumbing that makes your business legible to AI.
03
Citable Pages
Content built from your real facts and proof, in both languages where your market needs it, reviewed by you.
04
Test & Iterate
Monthly visibility panel across the engines, plus traditional rank tracking, because Google still matters too.
Why xCreative
Why take GEO from us.
Most agencies sell GEO as a slide in a deck. We sell it as a working system you can inspect: view-source this page, fetch our llms.txt, ask an AI engine about Melbourne bilingual agencies and see what happens. Selling search visibility from a website that cannot demonstrate it is the industry’s oldest joke, and we chose not to be in it.
GEO also cannot stand alone, and we do not sell it alone-shaped. It sits on clean technical SEO, real content and a website worth citing. Because all three live in this studio, the GEO work lands on foundations we control instead of hoping someone else’s work holds.
FAQ
Questions clients ask us.
01
Is GEO different from SEO?
They overlap heavily. GEO adds the machine-readable layer, llms.txt and citability on top of SEO fundamentals. Doing GEO without SEO is decorating a house with no foundation, so we do both.
02
How do you prove GEO is working?
The monthly visibility panel: same questions, same engines, recorded answers. When your business starts appearing where it did not, the report shows it. AI referral traffic in your analytics is the second witness.
03
Can you guarantee ChatGPT recommends us?
No, and treat anyone who says yes as a warning. The engines decide. What we control is whether you are readable, verifiable and citable, which is what they select from.
04
What does GEO cost?
The machine layer is one-off setup, visibility testing is monthly, and both are quoted per site. As a rough anchor, the setup costs about what a good brochure does, and it works around the clock.
05
How do I choose the best AI SEO agency?
Ask how they measure AI visibility. A serious agency runs a fixed set of buyer questions through ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini on a schedule and shows you the actual answers, not just a score. Ask what they will change on your site, such as structured data, llms.txt and the facts on key pages, and be wary of promises that AI tools will always name you, because nobody controls that. Our guide to choosing the best AI SEO agency lists the claims to walk away from.
