xCreative™ is a Melbourne web design and development studio based in Chadstone. Since 2016 we have designed and built websites for more than 200 businesses across Australia, including Tony Deng & Co, The Leasing Agency and Grand Galaxy Chauffeur. We work in both English and Chinese. Specialised work has its own pages too, see WordPress web design and childcare centre branding. Interstate builds ship the same way, with dedicated pages for Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra.

Layouts and user journeys shaped around your content and your customers. BEKL wanted a gallery, not a corporate site, so that is what we built: large images, editorial pacing, no clutter fighting the work.

Hand-built WordPress sites that load fast and hold up. When the job needs real engineering we do that too: Grand Galaxy Chauffeur runs a custom booking system that takes payment and dispatches jobs to its fleet automatically.

Integrations & Automation
Websites that talk to your other systems. Cedar Elm publishes property listings once and they appear on the site and the major commercial portals at the same time, through a CRM pipeline we built into the site.

CMS & Training
Built on WordPress your team can actually drive. We hand over with training, so updating a menu, a project page or a staff profile does not require calling us. Plenty of clients still call anyway, which is fine too.

Maintenance & Hosting
After launch we keep the site secure, backed up, updated and online. Most of the 200-plus sites we have built are still under our care, which tells you something about how the relationship tends to go.

Do you build on WordPress?
Mostly, because clients can run it themselves and it plays well with SEO. Where a job needs custom engineering, like the Grand Galaxy booking platform, we build that alongside it.

How long does a website take?
A focused business site runs four to eight weeks. Larger builds with integrations or bilingual versions run longer. We give you a real timeline after scoping, not a sales-call guess.

Can you rebuild our existing site without losing our Google rankings?
Yes. We map every existing URL, preserve what ranks, redirect what moves and usually improve the technical foundation in the process. Rankings normally rise after a rebuild done properly.

What does a website cost?
