PRODUCT & COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY MELBOURNE
xCreative™ is a Melbourne photography, video and drone studio based in Chadstone. Since 2016 we have shot product, corporate, property and aerial imagery for more than 200 businesses across Australia. Many shoots continue into brand video production.
Interior and listing work sits under real estate photography.
Photography & Drone
Photography, video and aerial, captured and edited by one team.
01
Product Photography
Clean, consistent product imagery planned around where it will appear. The Rong Tea shoot covered teas, packaging, teaware and the brewed pour, one session feeding the online store, the packaging and the social feed.
02
Corporate & Events
Headshots and workplace photography that match your brand instead of generic office stock. For Little Penguin we shot the opening events, so the centre markets itself with its own children and parents, not models.
03
Video Production
Brand films and campaign videos, storyboarded and graded in house. The Voyage Altona film sells bayside living in ninety seconds because every shot was planned against the brand before the camera came out.
04
Aerial Photography
High-resolution drone stills for real estate, construction progress and commercial sites. Buyers believe a real view over a render every time, which is why developers book aerials before launch and at every construction milestone.
05
Aerial Video & Signature Work
Cinematic drone footage, and the occasional technical stunt: the Swanston Central campaign includes a billion-pixel 360-degree panorama of Melbourne, assembled so penthouse buyers could zoom into their own future view.
How we work
Four steps, one team, no handovers.
01
Plan
Shot list built from actual usage: which page, which spread, which platform. Nothing gets shot just because it looks nice.
02
Shoot
Studio or location, ground or air, with lighting and styling handled. You get a schedule, not a surprise.
03
Edit & Grade
Selection, retouching and grading matched to your brand palette, so the images sit naturally next to your identity.
04
Deliver
Files sized and formatted for every channel on the list, delivered organised. Reshoots are rare because the plan was right.
Why xCreative
Why brands shoot with their design studio.
A photographer shoots what looks good. A design studio shoots what the layout needs. When the person planning the shot list also designed the brochure and the website, every frame has a destination before the shutter fires, and nothing lands in the folder of beautiful images nobody ever uses.
It also compounds. Imagery from your shoot feeds the website, the print, the socials and the search presence, all handled here. Clients stop juggling suppliers and their visual identity stops drifting between them.
FAQ
Questions clients ask us.
01
Do you shoot outside Melbourne?
Yes. We have shot in Sydney, the Gold Coast and regional Victoria. Travel is quoted upfront, no surprises on the invoice.
02
Who owns the images?
You do, for your business use, with the licence spelled out in writing. We keep portfolio rights. No per-image ransom fees later.
03
Can you match our existing brand imagery?
Yes. Send what you have and we match the grade and style, or we will tell you honestly if the old imagery is holding the brand back.
04
What does a shoot cost?
A half-day product session and a multi-day aerial campaign are different jobs. Tell us what the images need to do and we will quote it straight.
