Swanston Central is a high-rise landmark in the heart of Melbourne, and its marketing needed to sell something photography usually cannot capture: the view from the top.

We built a refined identity across brochures, property management branding and promotional assets, then went further: a billion-pixel, 360-degree panoramic image of Melbourne’s skyline, letting penthouse buyers explore their future view in extraordinary detail before the inspection.

Our photography and video production completed the story, positioning Swanston Central among Melbourne’s most exclusive residences from brand creation through to digital storytelling.
