Yes, after an audit. We tell you honestly what state it is in and what stabilising costs. Some inherited sites are fine, some are archaeology, and the audit tells us which you own.

What if the site goes down at night?
Monitoring alerts us around the clock, and critical incidents get worked immediately. Most outages we handle before the business opens and notices.

Do we need maintenance if nothing changes on the site?
Yes, more than anyone. Unchanged sites are the ones running four-year-old plugins with public exploits. The web moves under your site even when you do not.

What does maintenance cost?
A brochure site and a store with bookings carry different risk, so plans are tiered monthly and cancellable. The report shows the work, which is how the fee justifies itself or does not.
