Beaulieu: A Brand Identity Inspired by the Rhythm of the Sea

Beaulieu is a boutique collection of nine residences on the Beaumaris coastline, pairing contemporary architecture with direct ocean views.

The identity borrows from oil painting. The logo uses custom brushstroke elements that read like a hand-painted seascape, and the same painterly texture flows through the brochure in soft backgrounds and flowing layouts. The palette stays natural: sandy beige, soft grey and ocean blue. Typography is restrained so the imagery leads.

From print materials to digital assets, every piece carries the same idea: nine homes by the water, presented like a painting of the place they sit in.
