Huntingfield Place is a boutique development of architecturally designed townhomes in Ivanhoe, set in an established, leafy neighbourhood.

The identity is built around a floral emblem, a symbol of growth and the area’s natural character, set in a bold contrast of orange and green. The combination is carried through all printed materials, from brochures to stationery.

The brochure uses editorial layouts with organic patterns, immersive imagery and refined typography, presenting the townhomes the way the suburb presents itself: warm, green and quietly confident.
