The brand identity was developed to reflect elegance, simplicity, and urban sophistication. We embraced a refined typographic approach, balancing modern design cues with a sense of timeless stability. The color palette is neutral and understated, aligning with the interiors’ soft materiality and contemporary finishes.

For the brochure, we crafted a clean and editorial-inspired layout, using spacious compositions, premium typography, and high-end renders to immerse potential buyers in the Millhouse lifestyle. Every design detail, from image placement to material textures, was curated to evoke a sense of refinement and warmth.
