Privacy Policy
RT xCreative Pty Ltd (ABN 50 625 317 571), trading as xCreative, is a Melbourne creative and marketing agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through xcreative.com.au, why we collect it, and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send an enquiry through the form on this site we receive the name, email address and message you type in. We use these details to reply to you and to discuss your project. Submissions are stored in our website database and emailed to our studio.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not store full IP addresses. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site and to see which pages bring enquiries. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Server logs. Our web server records standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated and are not used to identify individual visitors.
Email and phone. If you email or call us we keep the correspondence needed to carry out the work you ask for.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver projects, invoice for work, and keep in touch with clients about their projects. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Sydney region), Google (analytics and email), and professional advisers where required by law. Google may process analytics data on servers outside Australia, including the United States.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for Google Analytics and for basic site functions such as remembering that you have closed a notice. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Keeping it secure
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the website administration and to form submissions is limited to xCreative staff. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and delete them when they are no longer required.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@xcreative.com.au or call 03 8652 5115. We will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last changed.
